The HR Intern will support the entire Human Resources department, gaining exposure to various areas through projects in benefits, compensation, recruiting, and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

The HR Intern will support the entire Human Resources department, gaining exposure to various areas through projects in benefits, compensation, recruiting, and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with ongoing and new HR projects, focusing on benefits, compensation, training, recruiting, and HRIS.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, supporting Talent Acquisition.
- Enter data and perform audits in the HRIS system.
- Audit HR records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Serve as the primary contact for other Calamos interns, addressing questions and distributing relevant information.
- Help coordinate events for the internship program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or MBA program. Rising Junior or Senior.
- Demonstrated challenging curriculum with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
