Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, and online research.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, cold emails to introduce Elite Interactive Solutions' products and services.
  • Qualifying Leads: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and pain points, ensuring they are a good fit for our offerings before passing them on to the sales team.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Set up meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the sales team to facilitate the sales process.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to keep them engaged and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Database Management: Accurately record all interactions and updates with prospects in the company's CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and tracking.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, improve lead generation, and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with potential customers effectively.
  • Sales Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales techniques, principles, and the sales process.
  • Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct market research to identify and qualify leads.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and manage leads.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with email marketing tools, and other sales technologies.
  • Motivation and Drive: Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for generating new business and contributing to company success.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence when pursuing leads.
  • Curiosity: Eagerness to learn about new products, markets, and sales techniques.
  • Team Collaboration: Works well with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching new customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and task prioritization abilities.
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Knowledge of the security or technology industry is beneficial, but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
