Brand Marketing Manager

Location: Austin, TX based, hybrid schedule with 4 days a week in the office, and supporting onsite events, working evenings and weekend hours as needed.

The Brand Marketing Manager will oversee and execute brand management strategies, coordinate studio activations and events, manage sponsorships, foster collaborations and partnerships, and oversee licensing agreements. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong leadership skills to drive brand growth and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Brand Management and Coordination:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market presence. Own the quarterly briefing process, working with organizational stakeholders to collate and present relevant details for each upcoming season - from product, performance marketing, email and retention and creative.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Collaborate with PR to ensure appropriate support and visibility for sponsorships, events, and brand highlights.
- Identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and positioning.
- Plan and execute studio activations and events that align with brand objectives and engage target audiences.
- Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Evaluate the success of events and activations through metrics and feedback to inform future strategies.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure mutual benefit and success, working hand in hand with the product team.
- Oversee licensing agreements to ensure brand integrity and compliance.
- Identify new licensing opportunities to expand brand presence in new markets or product categories.
- Work with legal and finance teams to negotiate and manage licensing contracts.
- Identify and evaluate potential sponsorship opportunities that align with brand values and goals.
- Negotiate and manage sponsorship agreements to maximize brand exposure and ROI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners to ensure successful collaborations.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
