Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities to promote our industrial supply products, including rubber, conveyor belts, and hydraulic solutions. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the industrial sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our industrial supply solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer service, technical support, and operations, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the industrial supply or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of rubber products, conveyor belts, hydraulics, and related industrial equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
