The
Marketing Lead
will be part of the Client Organization within US Personal Banking. This role supports the Citi Retail Services (CRS) business - a leader in the payments industry. CRS manages 43 million customer accounts via long-standing partnerships with industry retailers including Sears, Macy’s, The Home Depot and Best Buy. With a pre-eminent global brand and distribution, CRS delivers industry-leading products, advanced services and payment solutions that address clients’ evolving needs.
The Marketing Lead is responsible for the development and optimization of marketing strategies to drive acquisitions, spend and loyalty, across several partnerships. They will drive progress forward by collaborating with the broader marketing team, partner management, Connected Commerce, finance, analytics – and partners. Focus is on the full life cycle across partners and Citi owned channels. This individual will also lead planning inclusive of budget oversight, inputs into resource needs for the campaign execution team, and be Sr. lead on controls for their portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key member of the marketing team; providing thought leadership and support to help meet sales, revenue, acquisitions, engagement goals – and drive business results.
Develop Marketing Strategies and partner POVs to drive value across portfolios, working with the broader marketing organization, finance, analytics, and partner management.
Uncover more value and optimize existing programs
Develop annual marketing plan, in partnership with day-to-day portfolio leads, inclusive of budgets and resource needs.
Sr lead in internal/external meetings, help drive alignment and operate as one team.

Qualifications:
10+ years’ experience in Marketing within the financial services.
Exceptional communicator; with a focus on action and problem solving
Proven ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams; ability to create partnerships and influence teams.
Thoughtful and intellectually curious; with a growth mindset.
Consumer-oriented and passionate about the power of marketing.
A plus: Strong digital marketing experience, Strong digital payment experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
