Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner for immediate hire for our client, an incredible engineering company in Everett, WA. This is an exciting Hybrid, Temp-to-Hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and an excellent chance to grow within a collaborative HR team!
As the HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive HR support with a focus on recruiting and immigration assistance, working closely with the HR Manager. You will be responsible for managing recruitment for up to 10 open positions, handling immigration matters for employees in various stages of green card or visa processing, and assisting with HRIS systems, specifically ADP. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the HR function during a transitional period.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This exciting career opportunity allows you to work with a brilliant and thriving team! The compensation for this role is $41-$48/hour and $85 - $100k if converted to a permanent position! This opportunity also offers flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package upon conversion to permanent role.

Company DescriptionAs the HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive HR support with a focus on recruiting and immigration assistance, working closely with the HR Manager. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the HR function during a transitional period.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary focus on recruiting, managing up to 10 open requisitions at a time, engaging with hiring managers to move the process forward.
- Scheduling interviews, including coordinating across multiple calendars.
- Assisting with immigration processes, maintaining immigration files, and liaising with legal counsel.
- Managing HR-related documentation and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Supporting the HR team in various other generalist functions as needed.
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
- Proven recruiting experience, with an ability to manage multiple open requisitions.
- Experience with ADP HRIS systems (experience with the recruiting module a plus).
- Immigration experience is preferred, but not required.
