About the Role:

Bel Oak of Lemay is seeking a Housekeeping Staff member to join our team in St. Louis, MO. As a Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor machines

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Assist guests with any requests or needs
