What You'll Do Assisting all dealership personnel in resolving any potential concern with customer service, vehicle service, or repairs as necessary Will know, understand, use, and teach all the manufacturers' and in-house warranties, policies, and procedures to insure prompt handling of all repair orders, warranty claims, sublet invoices, and inspects Service Writers desks weekly for any materials Ensure all invoices and route sheets are completed properly and accurately Ensure that all purchase orders are charged to the correct repair order on the correct repair line and documented properly Oversee and direct Service Writers in their performance of daily customer and group handling. Assist the Service Writers in the resolution of customer concerns Will oversee Service cashiers in their customer service and cashiering responsibilities Maintains a high level of cleanliness in the shop, service drive and overall facility by enforcing cleanup policies with technicians and Service Writers Why You'll Love It Here: Career Growth Opportunities: We promote from within.
