We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our team and focus on recruiting candidates for light industrial and administrative roles. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and direct hire positions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for helping businesses grow and candidates find meaningful employment opportunities. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as additional language skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Sourcing: Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach to build a pool of talent for light industrial and administrative positions.
- Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide updates, and deliver suitable candidates quickly and efficiently.
- Job Matching: Match candidates to the right positions based on skills, experience, and preferences. Ensure a strong fit for both candidates and employers.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary documentation and are prepared for their new roles.
- Continuous Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise post-placement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in light industrial or administrative staffing.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Experience with labor laws and safety standards in light industrial environments is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma required; a degree in human resources, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Languages: Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
