Job Summary:
Grenova is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to support the production and maintenance of our patented pipette tip and microwell plate washing technology. This position is responsible for operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring the efficient production of products. Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards are critical for the success of this role and the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment
- Basic knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated manufacturing systems or robotic equipment
- Familiarity with pipette tips, lab consumables, or biotech products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or ERP systems for tracking production data
- Prior experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., ISO, FDA)
Job Details:
Pay: $21-25/hour
Job Type: Full-Time; Hourly
Expected Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
