Job Summary:

Grenova is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Lead to oversee the final assembly and optimization of production units, ensuring that workflow, and processes efficiently to meet manufacturing goals. This role involves maintaining equipment, and upholding quality and safety standards. The Manufacturing Lead is also responsible for process improvements, resolving issues, and fostering collaboration between departments to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred
  • OSHA Safety certification, CPIM, and CMS certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment
  • Basic knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing safety protocols
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with automated manufacturing systems or robotic equipment
  • Familiarity with pipette tips, lab consumables, or biotech products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or ERP systems for tracking production data
  • Prior experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., ISO, FDA)

Job Details:

Pay: $23-27/hour

Job Type: Full-Time; Hourly

Expected Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
