LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Specialist to join our client's dynamic team.

Responsibilities include answering patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing insurance claims, and maintaining accurate patient records with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments

  • Assist patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries

  • Update and maintain accurate patient records

  • Provide information on services, procedures, and healthcare policies

  • Resolve patient concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency via phone and email


Qualifications:
 

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Intermediate in MS Office

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism


Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST

  • No overtime hours


Details:

  • Onsite role

  • Contract-to-hire role

  • Located in Serra Mesa, San Diego

  • Compensation: $23.00 per hour
