My client has 30+ years in the construction industry predominantly working on ground-up design build work (warehouses, distribution centers, light manufacturing facilities, retail, office, healthcare, and commercial) in St. Louis. Welcoming culture with excellent flexibility; exclusively local construction. Offers great compensation packages and opportunity for growth to land leadership positions at the decision making table. Oversees projects from start to finish which has developed a regular repeat client base.

Description

  • Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
  • Assist in potential business development meetings
  • Organize/ assist in client meetings and develop long-term relationships
  • Coordinate with client, architects, and engineers, subcontractors
  • Perform estimates
  • Prepare budgets and schedules
  • Work collaboratively with Head of Construction Ops
  • Proactively drive solutions
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

Profile

  • 8-10+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • 3-5 years of experience as a project manager
  • Bachelor's degree required (construction management degree is a plus)
  • Ground-up projects ($15M - $30M)
  • Industrial experience preferred
  • Commercial construction experience preferred
  • Prior experience communicating/collaborating with clients

Job Offer

  • Base salary $100,000 - $125,000 dependent on experience
