We're seeking a talented Location Manager who can drive our business forward through exceptional leadership, sales acumen, and interpersonal skills. Position Overview: The Location Manager will be the cornerstone of our daily operations, responsible for leading our team, driving sales performance, and creating an outstanding customer experience. This is a pivotal role that requires a unique blend of technical understanding, business savvy, and exceptional people skills. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Lead and motivate a team of automotive technicians and service advisors to achieve performance goals • Drive sales initiatives and develop strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective problem-solving • Monitor financial performance, including gross profit margins and operational efficiency • Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures • Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge • Build strong relationships with customers and the community to promote the shop's services Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management • Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth • Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and industry standards • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • ASE certifications preferred Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
