Summary You will serve as a Supply Technician in the Supply Office of Headquarters Battalion of HQTSBATTALION. Responsibilities You will perform technical research and quarterly validations to include material obligations and backorder validations. You will schedule and reconcile all customer outstanding requisitions. You will ensure all supply transactions are recorded and approved before processing. You will maintain proof of delivery, voucher and document control files. You will monitor and report on the status and progress of all routine and contract transactions. You will prioritize work assignments to ensure goals are met. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Issuing of supplies, logging all daily requisitions and financial data into a controlled data base under the correct line of accounting, and conducting personal effects and wall-to-wall physical inventories.
