As a Senior Marketing Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing activities for student banking products. Marketing channels include direct marketing (direct mail, email, telemarketing), digital marketing (SEM, display, social, website, aggregators), editorial articles, and branch assets. This team member will be a highly visible, engaged member of our broader Consumer Lending Marketing team with ample opportunity to learn and grow. Primary responsibilities include: Project Management and Communication: More important than robust marketing or student banking / financial services experience, the Senior Marketing Partner should be a highly organized and collaborative team member who is committed to: Communicating with internal/external partners and vendors to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities, action items, and deadlines for each campaign Working with marketing manager, internal partners, and agencies to develop and manage project timelines Following up with stakeholders proactively to check-in on progress Troubleshooting challenges and recommending solutions Learning from previous campaigns and making improvements based on results/feedback Campaign Development and Execution: Collaborating with stakeholders to collect feedback on creative assets, monitor rounds of revisions, and ensure that collateral effectively delivers the key messages in each channel Conducting marketing QA review (proofs, preview links, tracking links, etc.) Coordinating conversations with legal, risk and compliance partners and with business line partners about marketing language and disclosures, and then documenting decisions Requesting tracking links Managing web update requests with web strategist Handing off approved assets to agencies/partners Direct Mail / Email Coordination: Working with data and direct mail / email partners to create mailing lists Managing direct mail / email proofs, data quality and list reviews, and audits Budget Management: Ensuring that committed funds, media buys, and invoices match the planned budget Coordinating all moving funds requests Business Line Support: Validating that rate changes from our business line are distributed to relevant partners Reviewing Sales collateral to ensure consistency with marketing assets Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials Bachelor’s degree 2-3 years of relevant experience Candidate should have strong project management and communication skills. Candidate should have some marketing experience in relevant channels, but experience across all listed marketing platforms is also not required. Knowledge of financial services or higher education is a bonus but not required.
