Job Summary:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a key role in driving our growth. We are looking for someone who can wear many hats and aspires to advance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Qualify Leads: Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs, determine if they are a good fit for our solutions, and qualify them for the sales process.
  • Outbound Outreach: Proactively reach out to prospects to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update the CRM system with all prospect interactions and information to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align outreach efforts and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively tailor your outreach.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, outbound calls/emails, and meetings scheduled.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 0-2 years in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Resilient and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
  • Mindset: A self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $55,000 per year.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 - $80,000 per year, including commissions.
