Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to business owners.

Align marketing initiatives with sales goals, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and retention.

Work closely with the sales team to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and create tailored marketing content and materials.

Provide the sales team with qualified leads through campaigns, ensuring a seamless handoff and clear communication.

Design targeted campaigns that address the pain points, goals, and operational challenges of our targeted audience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners and decision-makers.

Develop partnerships with industry associations, local chambers of commerce, and small business networks.

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and optimize digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid ads.

Strengthen the brand’s online presence through SEO-optimized content, user-friendly website navigation, and relevant resource offerings.

Plan and execute events, webinars, or workshops targeting small business owners.

Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.

Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior in the small business space.

Use analytics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and report ROI.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling, audience-specific content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.

Develop marketing collateral tailored to small business owners, such as brochures, guides, and toolkits.

Position the brand as a trusted partner and thought leader for small businesses.

Ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand’s values, voice, and expertise.
