CAD Drafter (Computer Aided Design Drafter)-Amarillo

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled CAD Drafting Technician proficient in AutoCAD to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in drafting and a strong attention to detail, along with the following qualities: AutoCAD Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD software for producing detailed drawings and specifications. Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and translate design concepts into technical documentation. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to drawing accuracy, layout, and quality control. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to collaborate with engineers and project managers on design requirements and project details. Responsibilities: Drafting and Design: Create and revise engineering drawings using AutoCAD software. Collaboration: Work with engineers and project teams to understand project requirements and specifications. Quality Assurance: Ensure all drawings meet company standards and industry regulations. Documentation: Maintain organized records of project files, revisions, and design notes. Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design and drafting issues as they arise.
