Position Summary
The UNM Office for Compliance, Ethics & Equal Opportunity(CEEO) is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the University's CleryAct compliance program. The Data Analyst will assist with collecting,organizing, and analyzing data related to crime reports, real estate, and jobfunctions to help CEEO meet its obligations under the Clery Act to collect andpublish crime statistics, maintain a map of Clery Act geography, and identifyindividuals at the University to designate as Campus Security Authorities. Tobe successful in this role, the Data Analyst should have experience workingwith relational databases, be dedicated to data quality assurance, have strongorganizational skills, and be able to explain information in a way that isunderstandable to the general public.

Conditions of Employment

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GIS or other mapping systems
