As part of our ongoing expansion, we seek a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Manager (HEOR) to join our team.
Position Summary
The Executive Office Administrator provides high-level administrative support to the CCO and President of North America. The role requires strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial instincts. This individual will be expected to act with self-direction, a collaborative spirit and an advanced level of social emotional intelligence.
As Executive Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting senior-level tasks and communications while optimizing time, efficiency, and focus. This role requires the ability to organize a busy calendar, and manage other projects, as assigned. Assignments involve work of a confidential or complex nature, necessitating exposure to sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy. Must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; all while maintaining a professional, confidential, and positive attitude.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CCO and President of North America and leadership team who move fast during the build of a rapidly growing company
- Provide support for project updates and communications including emails, reports, memos, presentations, internal and external communications
- Support the CCO and President of North America in taking over clearly defined operational and/or strategic projects and run those independently
- Provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
- Plan, coordinate and assist in leading meetings and workshops
- Ensure preparation, coordination and facilitation of meetings; develop objectives and agenda and disseminate key outcomes decisions and actions to relevant stakeholders
- Build a thorough understanding of all key support functions and apply that knowledge to effectively manage strategic and tactical initiatives consistent with objectives
- Maintain executive appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings and conferences
- Track and prioritize projects, perform supporting research, and effectively communicate on project needs and status
- Execute special or continuous research and data analysis
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Assist/administer corporate communications
- Maintain executive confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Serve as a liaison to, among, and between the President, all company staff, landlord, and building personnel
- Assist in creating reports and presentations
- Manage multiple projects at a time, as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Experience of working in a fast-moving, dynamic, growth company environment – exposure to a life sciences environment would be a positive
- Strong project management skills
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Advanced Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Business and financial acumen, with excellent numeracy and strong commercial perspective & instinct
- Proactive and highly collaborative
- Ability to think broadly, while also focusing on the details
- Proven ability to work in a matrix organization – exposure to a small global matrix organization would be a positive
- Be willing to work long and unpredictable hours and travel with the US and internationally if required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Ability to commute to office in Morristown, NJ 5 days per week
- Ability to work during normal business hours on weekdays, and be available for assistance during off hours on the weeknights and weekends on occasion
- Entrepreneurial and willingness to “roll up sleeves”
- Self-motivated & self-sufficient, ability to take initiative on projects
- Eager to learn and work as part of a collaborative team
- Extremely computer savvy. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have an outgoing and creative personality
- Flexible, a natural problem solver and understands the needs of a growing business
- Problem Solver – Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning
- Experience creating systems, processes and procedures
- While performing the duties of this job, be able to talk and hear. The position requires working on a computer for significant periods of the day
