Responsibilities:

* Act as the main point of contact for managers, clients and other personal within the Corporate and Investment Bank

* Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on leaderships behalf

* Prepare briefings, agendas and presentation decks as needed

* Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

* Calendar Management: scheduling, making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

* Calling candidates and scheduling/coordinating interviews based on managers availability

* Take minutes during meetings

* Book travel and process associated expense reports

* Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner and direct calls to the appropriate person

* Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department

* Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory

* Assist other EA's as needed on broader corporate events and/or provide backup support to their line of business and/or geography

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Exceptional calendar and time management skills

* Experience with utilization and reporting within Salesforce

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Strong judgement, discretion and confidentiality skills

* Bachelor's degree preferred

* PA diploma or certification is a plus

* Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
