Job Description
The life of an Account Executive is fast paced, and requires many different skills. One day you could be pitching to a client, the next you may be interviewing candidates for a job. You will learn business development, professional customer service, revenue generation and much more. It's also a job where you change lives daily, for commercial clients and individuals. Your daily operations will consist of:
- Building excellent relationships with candidates and clients
- Manage the process from initial interview stages through offer stage and close of the sale
- Advise and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
- Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates
- Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

The Successful Applicant
- 2+ years experience in business development or consultative sales
- Experience developing new business relationships
- Experience with outreach/cold calling, negotiation, and closing
- Motivated by career growth, professional development, and financial success
- Ability to actively listen and consult with both candidates and prospective clients
- Ability to work both independently and collaborate with team in designated territory
