Recruitment Assistant (Corporate/ Professional Services)

Your new company

Our client is a leading global law firm that serves top-tier companies, financial institutions, and governments worldwide. They are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join their team in their Tampa office.

Your new role

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will support various stages of the recruitment process to increase the Business Services sector. You'll assist with talent strategies, maintain data integrity, communicate with stakeholders, and support diverse pipelines across their 40 US offices. This is a hybrid, 6 month-contract position, (with potential to go perm) based in their Tampa office.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 1+ year(s) of recruitment or assistant experience, preferably in professional services or a search firm.
  • Strong technical skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent client relationship management and professional presence.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and process-driven skills.
  • Ability to provide a positive candidate experience and maintain regular communication.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and culturally sensitive environment.
