Apply online today Summary of Duties Administrative Assistant for Enrollment provides varied and complex administrative support to the Associate Vice Chancellor (AVC) for Enrollment and all units within the Enrollment functional area, to include: Admissions, Cougar Center, Enrollment Technology, Registration, and Student Financial Services. Supports all finance, procurement, and travel for the AVC and Enrollment units, including budget tracking and reporting, purchasing and reconciliation of goods and services, travel planning/purchasing/reconciliation, and communicating and adhering to related policies and procedures. Serves as primary Human Resources Partner for Enrollment, including supporting all recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, position/appointment maintenance, and payroll processes for Enrollment staff. Provides general administrative and operational support to the AVC and Enrollment units, including scheduling and event support and serving as the primary liaison to Business Services, Human Resources, Facilities & Operations, and Information Technology. Required Qualifications High School graduation or equivalent AND three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in office/clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting, or general administrative work; OR equivalent education/experience. Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to maintain collaborative and productive relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in modern business technologies, including word processing software, spreadsheets, email, chat software, virtual meeting platforms, digital and cloud-based filing software, and/or large databases/information systems. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Experience providing administrative support in an educational setting. Experience providing finance, procurement, and/or travel support. Experience providing human resources support. Cash handling experience. Monthly Salary: $3,477 to $4,093 A-H, Range R-040. Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. The full range for the position is $3,477-$ 4,632 Step A-M.
