Job Title: HVAC Service Manager (Call-by-Call Manager)
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Base Salary: $85K + Bonuses (Estimated Total Compensation: $115K)

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee and grow our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running a mid-sized shop and growing the service team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing sales, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. Expertise in ServiceTitan and NexStar is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily HVAC service operations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Lead a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize ServiceTitan and NexStar for scheduling, customer management, and performance tracking.
- Monitor department performance, implement improvements, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Train and mentor staff to improve technical skills and customer service.
- Collaborate with senior management to grow the service department and increase market share.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of HVAC management experience.
- Experience with ServiceTitan and NexStar software is required.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a mid-size service department.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
