We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to lead and coordinate marketing initiatives from conception to completion. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing campaigns. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and product teams, to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Duties:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Lead Strategic Vision: Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth across all locations. Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives. This includes but is not limited to, including seasonal promotions, new restaurant openings, and special events. Align project goals with overall marketing and business strategies. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution. Brand Alignment:
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone across all marketing channels and restaurant venues. Digital & Social Media:
Oversee digital marketing strategy, managing SEO/SEM efforts, social media content, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising campaigns to maximize online presence and engagement. Content Creation: Oversee the development of creative content for marketing materials, including menu promotions, video, photography, and social media assets. Stakeholder Management:
Act as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders. Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration. Manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and solutions. Execution and Delivery: Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness. Identify and address potential risks or roadblocks, proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure all marketing assets meet brand guidelines and quality standards. Performance Tracking:
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share learnings with the team. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries. Proven success in creating and executing multi-channel marketing strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to measure marketing success. Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
