Primary Duties:
- Coordinate staffing for all Patient Care Units, adhering to staffing principles and ensuring accurate schedules.
- Monitor and update staff schedules in ClairVia (when operational) and resolve staffing issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate staffing reports, manage absenteeism, and track trends to support budgeting and operational needs.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels by covering call-outs and working with Nurse Managers and Directors.
- Assist with scheduling and staffing analysis, identifying trends and providing support for quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage databases, create reports, and ensure timely communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain records of licensed staff renewal deadlines and follow up as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
