Insight Global is seeking an Sr. Executive Assistant to support our SES customer in a new DOD office at the Pentagon. This is a high visibility office with a new and evolving mission for the DOD we are focused on securing funding from venture capital firms and creating relationship between these firms and small businesses developing critical technologies for the military. This individual will interact with different offices and high-ranking government officials to coordinate meetings, help draft memos and edit correspondence, and support the Director of Operations in day-to-day office matters.
Hourly: 52-57/hr
Salary: 115,000-127,000

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience (military or industry specific experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Active TS clearance
- Experience providing direct support to SES or higher level executives
- Experience working in a DOD office
- Experience managing calendars for SES level government officials
- Experience booking travel for government officials
- Strong understanding of both Outlook and Google suite for calendar and document management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- DTS experience
- CATMS experience
- Experience writing briefs or whitepapers
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
