to understand dealership needs, competitor strategies, and emerging trends. Build a

high-performing sales pipeline

by prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities into closed deals. Bring the product to life

through dynamic, field-based demonstrations, including on-site visits and hands-on vehicle walk-arounds. Relationship Management Be a

Business Development Manager - Dealership Sales : Minimum Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience : 2-5 years of proven success in

B2B territory sales , ideally within commercial vehicles, upfit products, or dealership environments. (Experience in related industries will be considered.) Entrepreneurial Drive : A passion for building and managing a thriving sales territory. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with-or a willingness to master-commercial vehicles, vocational upfit products, market trends, and regulations. Dealership Expertise : Experience working with dealerships where upfitted vehicles are core to their success is a strong plus. Communication Skills : Exceptional presentation, listening, and interpersonal abilities. Sales Savvy : Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on creating long-term partnerships. Independence : Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working with minimal supervision. Tech Proficiency : Skilled in CRM software, Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Zoom for seamless collaboration and sales tracking. Travel-Ready : Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively within your territory to build face-to-face connections. Physical Requirements Comfortable with prolonged periods of desk work and computer use. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.

Pay Range

150,000
