A successful candidate will have the following:

FH is seeking an experienced Recruiter responsible for building internal and external relationships, participating in strategic business development decisions, and managing unique challenges and opportunities working within an international context. The Recruiter will also conduct full life-cycle recruitment for regular and grant proposal openings with locations in constrained countries, as well as US-based openings. The qualified Recruiter will have 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with experience recruiting in a global organization.. Additionally, the top candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, and:

  • A vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a Christian commitment to serving the poor, and in full agreement with FH’s Christian beliefs.

  • Proven experience with a track record of successfully managing recruitment processes.

  • Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.

  • Resourceful through technology, research skills, and relationship building among several organization teams and units and professional organizations.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve collaboratively with various work functions and cultures.

  • Ability to screen candidates and collaborate with the hiring team to meet hiring and retention goals.


What you’ll do…

As the Recruiter, you will:

  • Full life-cycle recruitment: staffing requisition coordination, recruitment strategy development, sourcing, oversight of interview scheduling, coordination of interview assessments, oversight of reference checking, coordination for offer recommendation, coordination for delivery of job offer.

  • Provide creative ideas and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals. (i.e., social media, employee referrals, internal/external networks).

  • Ability to apply effective recruiting practices to both passive and active candidates to expand the pipeline, profile candidates based on skills, fit, and motivation to support retention objectives.

  • Lead recruitment discussions with Hiring Managers and interview teams to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, qualifications needed to fill the role, and legal hiring practices are followed.

  • Manage FH’s applicant tracking system to connect with applicants and potential candidates.

  • Own the candidate experience from the initial interview through offer and ensure proper transition with HR colleagues for relocation and orientation stages.
