A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you provide high-level administrative support for company leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. They keep the executive's communications organized so that they can easily access the most important information without having to sort through low-priority items and you help our office run smoothly. Every day, you efficiently tackle a variety of critical clerical tasks, including filing, generating reports, creating presentations, and setting up meetings and reordering supplies. Always friendly and helpful, you warmly greet every visitor to our office and assist them with anything they need. You also provide help over the phone as you screen all incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member.
Highly organized, you create presentations, set up meetings, and create, organize, and implement procedures, schedule appointments and special projects as needed, maintain our company calendar, and make travel arrangements, including booking flights and car rentals as well as making hotel and restaurant reservations. We can always count on you to build a strong relationship with every client, consistently leaving each interaction with a lasting, positive impression. Flexible and adaptable, you also conduct new employee orientations when needed and train other administrative staff on company policies and best practices.
You enjoy providing stellar customer service to our clients while keeping our office organized and efficient!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- High school diploma OR equivalent
- 4+ years of office administration education OR comparable work experience
- Experience with business and invoicing systems
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
- Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
