Accounting Clerk Job at Workway in Palm Beach Gardens

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Processing wires and verifying the accuracy of all information.
• Performing data entry into accounting systems.
• Posting security purchases and redemptions.
• Reconciling multiple bank accounts daily.
• Researching and resolving top sheet items.
• Monitoring dormant funds.
• Providing guidance and support to field offices on accounting procedures.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• A minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or banking experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Wire processing experience and knowledge of escrow/real estate closings (preferred).

Pay Rate Range: $19.58 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
