What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Lead internal audits and collaborate with external auditors for compliance
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy in reporting
• Work closely with FP&A on budget forecasting and operational cost-saving opportunities

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Experience with private equity reporting requirements
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) and advanced Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
