**Description:**


The G-3 Force Management Analyst conducts Manpower Studies and Assessments in accordance with (IAW) the INSCOM Manpower project plan. The Analyst will assist in developing a Manpower Studies plan IAW Army Regulation (AR) 570-4 guidelines by researching the force structure associated with the INSCOM Major Subordinate Command (MSC) associated Manpower Study and present an execution plan to the government Technical Task Manager (TTM).


**Services to be performed:**


+ Develop a proposed Manpower Studies plan;


+ Conduct research of missions, roles, functions, and tasks;


+ Conduct business process interviews;


+ Conduct workload analysis of mission tasks;


+ Develop reports of analytical results;


+ Assist in the development of Manpower Studies results briefings.


**Minimum Qualifications:**


+ Tasker Management Tool (TMT) experience required


+ Experience with Executive Assistant (EA) experience


+ Six (6) years of military Intelligence (MI) operations experience, with at least one (1) year of MI operations within the past five (5) years **_OR_** Four (4) years of managing military Intelligence operations at the brigade S3 level or above


**Clearance Requirement:**


+ TS/SCI (must be willing to undergo a Counterintelligence Polygraph if directed by client)
