As a Recruiting Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our team by overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will work closely with clients, hiring managers and HR partners to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
Job Description:
As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead the recruiting function, ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience for both candidates and recruiters. You will also be responsible to hire internal recruiters to manage. Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting high-caliber candidates will be critical in maintaining the high standards of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for multiple roles across various departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their team needs, job requirements, and company culture, ensuring the creation of clear and compelling job descriptions.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships).
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to meet and exceed hiring goals, ensuring a high level of collaboration and communication within the team.
- Oversee interview processes, including coordinating interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to continuously improve processes, offering data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, recruitment trends, and legal requirements related to hiring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of managing and coaching a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruiting for tech, finance, or other specialized fields.
- Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP) or Recruiting (AIRs, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
