Position Summary
As the Associate Corporate Recruiter on the CSI People Team, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional candidates who align with our culture and business goals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other People Team members to build robust talent pipelines, enhance candidate experiences, and contribute to our employer branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent through social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Candidate Experience
- Create and deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador for CSI, highlighting the benefits of joining our team.
- Collaboration with the People Team
- Work closely with the CSI People Team to align recruiting efforts with broader HR initiatives.
- Contribute to onboarding programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring practices.
- Employer Branding
- Represent CSI at career fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with the People Team to develop and share recruitment-focused content on social media and other platforms.
- Metrics and Reporting
- Track and analyze key hiring metrics to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in talent acquisition.
- Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and enhance hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience working within a People Team or HR department.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies and tools.
- HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
