LOCATION: Hospitality House - 1002 N. Main Ave.
STATUS: PT/24 Hours/Week
SHIFT: Sunday-Tuesday - 8:00-5:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Basic janitorial experience
- Able to read/understand/follow labels & directions
- Working knowledge of cleaning equipment
- Able to interact professionally with individuals having a diverse background
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Successful background clearance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Men and Women's Dorms/Men and Women's Day Room:
- Strip dirty linens from men and women beds
- Wash, dry, fold linens, replace as necessary
- Dust all furniture and surfaces - Desks, cabinets, shelves, phones, light fixtures, ceiling vents, TV, computer and monitor
- Empty trash and recycle, take to designated area
- Wipe and clean chairs
- Sweep and mop
Restrooms & Showers - Men & Women's Side/Front Entry:
- Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, urinals dispensers and fixtures
- Clean tile walls. stall partitions and inside showers
- Clean mirrors, chrome fixtures
- Sweep and mop floors
- Restock products as needed (toilet paper, towels, soap)
Intake Lobby/Atrium:
- Clean Intake area
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean entrance glass doors and windows inside and out
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
