We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Digital Analyst to join our team part-time at C Spire. In this role, you will use the Adobe Experience Platform to analyze consumer behavior across our digital channels, helping refine and enhance the customer experience. You'll work with tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tags, Adobe Target, Qualtrics, Glassbox, and others to collect, clean, and analyze data, delivering meaningful insights that drive key business decisions and improve our overall digital strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the Adobe Experience Platform (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tags, Adobe Target) and other tools to monitor consumer behavior on C Spire's digital channels.
  • Collect and process data from various sources (first, second, and third-party) to analyze consumer behavior.
  • Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, removing any outliers or errors.
  • Conduct data analysis using descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize trends and provide insights for stakeholders.
  • Share data-driven findings and actionable recommendations to improve digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimizing the customer experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics.
Qualifications
  • REQUIRED
    • Currently pursuing or already obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
    • Basic understanding of data collection, data cleaning, and statistical analysis techniques.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
    • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying optimization opportunities.
    • Ability to work between 15-20 hours per week, onsite from our office in Oxford, Mississippi.
  • PREFERRED
    • Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Platform (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tags, Adobe Target).
    • Experience with other digital analytics platforms or tools.
    • Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation.
