Job Description
Ultimate Staffing is currently sourcing an Administrative Assistant for our client in Duluth, GA! Our client is a growing CPA firm looking for a dynamic individual to add to the team.
*Fully onsite in Duluth, GA
*Direct Hire- Monday thru Friday 8:00A-5:00P
*Salary range $45K-$50K
Duties :
- Servicing of clients through customer contacts, relationships, generation of correspondence, data entry, file maintenance and other duties as requested or needed to maintain the efficient processing of documents and communications within the firm's internal operations.
- Communicate with & send correspondence to clients
- Provide admin assistance to Tax Department, Managers and Partners as needed
- Running the office, answer phones, greet customers, make appointments, file paperwork, perform data entry, scan documents, and receive and sort mail, along with any other tasks that contribute to the function of the office
- Provides administrative support and coordination during all phases of a project life cycle
- Help move projects toward completion by performing project and office administration tasks, which typically includes file management, maintaining project deliverables, and team collaboration
- Provide responsive, accurate, and approachable customer service
- Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high quality work, and client and team relations
- Assist with duties related to the tax return process as needed
- Other administrative tasks and special projects
Requirements:
- Ability to work overtime January through April and during peak seasons
- Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, and flexible.
- Ability to operate independently and self-manage projects. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
- Sound administrative skills. Well-developed management skills.
- Ability to establish credibility and be decisive, but able to recognize and support the Partners' preferences and priorities
- Comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Handling sensitive and confidential information properly
- Tax industry experience a plus, but not required. Training is provided.
