Job Title: Clerical Receptionist
Location: La Mesa, CA
Availability: Full open availability to work Monday-Sunday, anytime from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM, 5 days a week for 8-hour shifts
Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and organized Clerical Receptionist to join our client’s team at a large healthcare organization in La Mesa. The ideal candidate will have full open availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings. This role provides an excellent training program along with opportunities for career growth and advancement!
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Assist with billing and insurance processing
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
California driver's license is required and reliable transportation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
Working Hours:
40 hours per week

Monday – Sunday
Open availability from 6:00am-10:30pm PST

Compensation: $23.42 per hour
