Job Description

As the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for re-thinking, developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy and GTM plan that aligns with our international ambitions. This is a leadership role, reporting to our Co-Chief Executive that requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative execution and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and own the overall marketing strategy, giving Delio's product capability a market voice that is unique, differentiated and aligned with Delio's strategic objectives
  • Build a high-performing marketing team across brand, content, digital and communications

Brand Management:
  • Build and scale a distinctive and compelling brand identity
  • Establish Delio as a trusted partner in private markets through impactful campaigns and market presence

Demand Generation & Growth:
  • Drive customer acquisition through multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social, and offline marketing
  • Optimise marketing funnels to maximise conversion rates and ROI

Partnerships & Collaborations:
  • Work closely with the Sales and Product teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders/ partners, to create cohesive and synergistic go-to-market capabilities
  • Develop partnerships with the industry media and thought leaders to further extend Delio's reach

Analytics & Optimization:
  • Leverage data-analytics to monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and new ideas

Essential requirements

We're looking for a hands-on and creative marketing leader with the following:
  • 5+years of experience in an impactful marketing role
  • Knowledge of the Private Markets industry
  • Strong track record of scaling brands and driving growth in competitive markets
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding and data analytics, plus an awareness of how marketing is evolving
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-first mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Desirable requirements
  • Broader experience in Fintech or Technology companies
  • Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM) as well as broader industry tools
