Anesthesiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Central Alaska

About the facility A surgery center is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage. About the facility location The facility is located in central Alaska. About the clinician's workday This position offers a MondayFriday schedule for select weeks: January 27th, February 17th & 24th, and March 17th, 24th, & 31st, from 7 AM to 4 PM, with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek and overtime after 40 hours. There is no call, and cases include ortho (heavily focused on regional blocks), robotics, knee replacements, ENT, pediatrics, podiatry, eyes, endoscopy, general surgery, and GYN. Proficiency with regional blocks is essential. The EMR system used is SIS, and the role is 99% supervision, though the MD must be comfortable performing their own cases and providing coverage for breaks or lunches.
