The case mix includes bread-and-butter procedures, general surgery, orthopedics with a focus on regional anesthesia (ultrasound-guided nerve blocks preferred), pediatrics over 8 years old, podiatry, eye cases, gynecology, pain management, and plastics. There is no OB, cardiac, or trauma involvement. While the role primarily involves supervision, the provider must be comfortable working hands-on as needed.
