District Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Sales Coordinator generates new and repeat sales by providing information about our products and services to grow existing customers, create new customers and provide customer service. You will report to the Department Manager.
Primary Tasks:
You will call perspective and existing customers to sell services
Recommend services needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
You will increase sales by means of cross-selling other services.
Inform customers about available services, supplies, prices, and products.
You will promote communication between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
Assist customers in resolving problems, ordering/receiving supplies, and researching complaints for applicable follow-up.
Contact customers at job completion to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.
Keep records and prepare reports on sales activities.
You will maintain accurate, legible records and files consistent with established sales system.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to meet and work under time and resource constraints.
Prior experience in a call center, sales, retail, and customer service or reception preferred.
