Job Title: Conversion Assembly TechnicianJob Description We are seeking an Assembly Technician with a strong familiarity with Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Assembly concepts and procedures within an equipment manufacturing environment. You will perform a wide range of hands-on tasks related to the assembly, integration, and testing of electronics circuit boards, systems, and associated cabling/harnessing. Responsibilities Perform assembly, integration, and testing of electronics circuit boards, systems, and associated cabling/harnessing. Conduct electrical box wiring, crimping, soldering, and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics. Troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of electrical and mechanical issues associated with the current product line and supporting machinery. Utilize hand tools and programming to support assembly processes. Maintain production schedules and adhere to quality requirements. Handle shipping, receiving, restocking, Kanban ordering, and general cleaning and maintenance of the production area. Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical box wiring, crimping, soldering, and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics. Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical problems. Ability to work with a variety of hand tools. Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical assembly concepts. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate/Technical certification or degree in electrical/mechanical field. Experience in interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams. Experience in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of electrical/mechanical issues. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Flexible hours can be offered if needed but must be present during core hours. The team consists of 18 members onsite, with day-to-day interactions with 7-8 people, and a total of 11 in operations. The work environment includes manufacturing/production settings, adhering to production schedules, and quality requirements. Tasks will also involve shipping, receiving, restocking, Kanban ordering, and general cleaning and maintenance of the production area. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
