Job Requirements

As a Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Enterprise Storage, you will partner with our SVP of Enterprise Storage to shape, define, and execute HR strategies in support of business objectives. Enterprise Storage is a global organization that enables the success of our entire Go-to-Market organization. This role will be an integrated member of the Enterprise Storage leadership team and will be a strategic voice and influence.

This role will play a key role in driving high-impact work to deliver on HR initiatives, optimize talent strategies, foster a high-performance work environment, and enable business objectives. The ideal candidate isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves given the role's responsibilities include both strategy and execution, owning work end-to-end. This role requires aptitude and expertise to advise and influence strategically while liaising with the HR CoEs and the broader HR organization to develop and execute the business's programs, processes, and tactical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as an advisor and coach to SVP, Enterprise Storage, and their leadership team. Participate in leadership team meetings and contribute as a business leader.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of business operations, objectives, and challenges within the Enterprise Storage team and provide and develop/implement plans to build needed.
  3. Lead strategic HRBP work including organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and building talent pipeline.
  4. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to 1) help identify insights that guide strategies enabling proactive talent solutions and 2) measure the impact of HR initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of HR programs for the organization.
  5. Advocate for employees by ensuring fair and consistent HR practices, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  6. Be a key member of the HRBP team, help share and learn from best practices, and help our team continuously improve and deliver efficiently.
  7. Work in tandem with HR Center of Excellence leaders and across HRBP leadership to develop and implement coordinated talent strategies, combining HRBP insights to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  8. Work independently with key stakeholders in coaching managers in post-employee survey action planning and identifying new opportunities where HR can add value.

Qualifications

  1. At least 12 years of HR experience including demonstrated examples of driving results through HR business partnership, preferably with some experience supporting Enterprise Storage.
  2. Experience leading change management initiatives ensuring effective communication, addressing challenges, and promoting a positive and adaptive culture.
  3. Background supporting the establishment of a high-achievement culture, overseeing initiatives to help enhance sales attainment, employee productivity, engagement, and ultimately business results.
  4. Strong executional mindset with strong attention to detail, delivering exceptional quality work.
  5. Strong business acumen and ability to move with the speed of the business.
  6. Experience supporting a global organization and familiarity and comfort in working in a highly matrixed organization.
  7. Analytical skills and project management capabilities.
  8. Proven ability to manage change and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is 190,230 - 283,140 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSUs), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
