Responsibilities Our internship program is designed to provide college students the opportunity to learn about Post Holdings and gain meaningful, hands-on entry level work experience in a professional environment. Our goal is to build a roadmap that leads you to a long, rewarding, and challenging career. As a part of our internship curriculum, we provide the opportunity for each intern to interact with various branches of the company. We work with you to determine your desired career path and the correct steps to get you to your goals. At the end of the program, each intern will give a brief presentation to their mentors summarizing their accomplishments and key takeaways achieved while working at Post Holdings. This position will support the Human Resource department and require strong organizational and verbal / written communication skills. This position is exposed to a busy and diverse corporate environment and a variety of teams within Human Resources (including Compensation, Benefits, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, HR Delivery, Learning & Development). The position requires managing confidential information.
