Job Description:
A rapidly growing startup with 150 employees and plans to scale to 200+ by the end of Q2 2025 is seeking a Contract Recruiter. Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring experience from startup environments and high-growth companies, specializing in recruitment for mid-career and senior-level roles across various departments. This role is fast-paced and will require flexibility in response to shifting priorities, as the company experiences significant growth. The recruiter will manage approximately 5-8 requisitions at a time, focusing on positions within Product and Marketing, including Manager and Director-level roles.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to fill a variety of positions, particularly in Product and Marketing.
- Manage 5-8 active requisitions at a time, ensuring a seamless hiring process from sourcing to offer stage.
- Recruit for a range of positions, including mid-career, senior managers, directors, and some junior-level roles.
- Assist with the recruitment process for U.S.-based roles, with an emphasis on positions in Cambridge, MA.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting expertise to drive decision-making.
- Maintain proficiency in Greenhouse for tracking candidates, managing pipelines, and generating recruiting reports.
- Participate in hiring for roles in various departments.
