Our client, the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a recruiter to join their team. Position Title: Full-Cycle Recruiter Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite, 1-day remote flexibility available) Pay : $45/hr - $50/hr on w2 Division: Supply Chain, Research & Development Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated full-cycle recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in the Columbus, OH, supply chain and R&D division. This role focuses on mid-grade-level positions supporting entry-level logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the entire recruitment process in a corporate environment and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Key Responsibilities: Manage 25-35 requisitions across multiple roles simultaneously. Create, edit, and post job openings using ATS (Workday experience preferred, but open to other ATS platforms). Review and screen resumes to identify top candidates. Conduct initial screenings and forward qualified resumes to hiring managers. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Director as needed. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate degree or high school diploma accepted with equivalent experience (15+ years for H.S. diploma candidates). Experience: 1-2 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting (no agency recruiters). Proven ability to recruit for professional roles in large corporate environments. Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Skills: Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities. "Go-getter" mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Work Environment: Onsite role with limited remote flexibility (1 day per week). Fast-paced, collaborative, and professional atmosphere. Interview Process: Initial interview with the hiring manager. Final interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager or Director. Preferred Attributes: Demonstrated success in recruiting for multiple professional-level roles simultaneously. Experience in large, matrixed organizations.
